This policy explains what PrintDrivePro (printdrivepro.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website only.
The short version
You can browse the site and download every template without giving us any personal information. There is no account to create and no email required. Our server keeps standard access logs, and our advertising partners set cookies unless you decline them.
Information we collect
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server records each request: IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, referring URL, and browser user agent. These logs are used to keep the site running, diagnose errors and detect abuse. They are retained for a limited period and then deleted.
Email you send us
If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Comments
If commenting is enabled and you leave a comment, WordPress stores the name, email address and comment text you submit, along with your IP address and browser user agent, for spam detection.
The online generators
The graph paper, calendar and planner generators run entirely in your browser. The choices you make — spacing, paper size, dates, hours — are never sent to our server, and the sheets they produce are built and printed on your own device.
Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Essential cookies set by WordPress, for example when you log in to the site as an administrator or leave a comment.
- Advertising and analytics cookies set by third parties described below.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking third-party cookies does not affect downloads or the generators.
Advertising
This site is supported by advertising and works with third-party advertising partners, including Google. Google may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies generally at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.com. Google’s own handling of data is described in the Google privacy & terms pages.
Analytics
We may use analytics services to understand which pages and templates are used, in aggregate. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not require an email address to download a file. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email us and we will act on the request. Because the site collects so little, in most cases the answer is that we hold nothing beyond server logs.
External links
Our guides link to manufacturer downloads and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices; read their policies before providing information to them.
