Specifications
Monochrome printing speed is about 8.0 images per minute (ipm) at the best possible print level. Conversely, the standard ink cartridges include PG-545 for black and CL-546 for color printing. On the flip side, other cartridges for black and color include PG-545 XL and CL-546 XL models. Color printing has a rate of 4.0 ipm while it doesn’t support borderless printing at all. But it allows manual operation for two-sided printing on both sides of the paper.

The Canon PIXMA MG2450 machine has a cartridge yield of 180 pages for each standard cartridge when using plain papers. However, if you opt for the black XL cartridge, you can print up to 400 pages, while the color XL cartridge can print up to 300 pages.
