Specifications

At standard mode, the printing speed for monochrome A4 paper can reach up to 15 pages per minute, while color printing can achieve 10 ppm. For photo paper, the photo print speed is a swift 21 seconds per page. Additionally, borderless printing on A4, letter, or photo paper can be done with a standard printable width. This machine also boasts an automatic document feeder with a capacity of 125 sheets of plain paper in the lower cassette.

The upper cassette of this machine has a limited capacity of only 20 sheets of plain paper. However, it compensates for this with a manual disc tray that can handle one layer at a time.

One of the standout features of this device is its support for mobile printing, which includes the PIXMA cloud application, Google Cloud Print, and PIXMA touch & print NFC wireless print. Additionally, the Canon PRInt inkjet/SELPHY mobile app, Apple AirPrint, Mopria Wireless, and Canon Print Service for Androids are also available for mobile printing.

While in operation, this device is capable of producing a high resolution of up to 2400 x 4800 dots per inch (dpi) during the scanning process. The CIS scanning element allows for an average speed of 14 seconds per page. As for copying, the first page takes about 19 seconds, while continuous copies can be made at a rate of 7.7 copies per minute.
