Printer Specification
The HP PSC 1417 all-in-one printer’s input tray has a capacity of 100 sheets of plain paper. However, the output tray has a lower capacity of only 50 sheets. It’s important to note that this maximum capacity only applies to plain paper, as other media types have lesser numbers to fill up either tray.
This printer can handle media weight of up to 110 pounds for cards. In addition to cards and plain papers, it also supports other media sizes such as legal paper, envelopes, transparencies, and labels. It can even print on photopapers of 4 x 6 and 8.5 x 11 inches sizes.
It’s worth noting that the recommended printing cycle for this device is 1000 printed pages per month. To avoid any issues with the output tray’s low capacity, HP recommends continuously emptying it.
