The Sharp MX-5140N model of printer is a multifunction device that can print, copy, and scan documents. It is also a machine that uses the laser print technology but with support of LED indicators with its desktop placement. It can produce reports in both monochrome and color print content, and the maximum size is A3 paper type. The four standard supported colors include cyan, magenta, black and yellow with double-sided printing style.

Its zoom range is incredibly versatile, ranging between 25% and 400% in 1% increments. Additionally, it boasts a resolution of up to 600 x 600 dots per inch (dpi), ensuring that every copy is clear and crisp.

When it comes to scanning, users can choose between a flatbed or tensile component, with maximum size support of A3. The scanner bed measures 297 mm by 355 mm, providing ample space to scan even large documents. Furthermore, scanning produces a resolution that reaches a remarkable 9600 x 9600 dpi, delivering stunningly detailed scans every time.

In the same vein, the scanning operation is amenable to single-sided printing and can store up to 100 sheets of paper. Additionally, the process can be conveniently executed via email, directly to the personal computer, while still making use of the TWAIN standard. The machine’s lowest paper density is approximately 55 g, while the upper limit extends to 300 g.
